1986 and set up development and management operations in 2001.
There are multiple subsidiaries under the umbrella of Advance Management and Investments, LLC.
The company’s initial vision was to produce financial growth by turning around
under-performing operations in selected growth markets.
Believing in a future market demand for upscale and luxury hotels,
AMI decided to concentrate its growth on building hotels in areas where demand exists.
AMI has restructed itself to operate and manage luxury hotels under various flags
associated with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.
